The Institute is excited to announce our CoachX Conversation with Dr. Patrick Williams on March 20th at 12:00pm EST. Dr Williams talks with IOC Director, Jeff Hull about the Current State of Whole Life Coaching.

Dr Pat has been part of the coaching profession and its evolution since the beginning and has just released the 3rd edition of his best selling book Becoming a Professional Life Coach: The Art and Science of a Whole Person Approach. Even though many leadership and executive coaches and other specializations would not call themselves “life coaches” — it is absolutely what they do! It’s all life coaching if we are coaching the person and not just the problem. In this updated edition, he has added new neuroscience research on coaching and emotions, and looks at both the blend of coaching the what–related to the workplace, business, or personal health and relationships–and the who of the client: the beingness added to the doingness. Coaching mastery today requires a whole person approach which encourages transactional and transformational coaching.

On a personal note, I wanted to share that I am currently pursuing my ACC and PCC certifications here in Australia. It is an exciting endeavor, and I hope to achieve them soon. Achieving greater CONFIDENCE and COMPETENCE IN COACHING

Dr Patrick Williams MCC, Master Certified Coach since 1998, and an ICF Mentor Coach. Pat is a renowned trainer, coach and mentor.

This small group program is for you, if you are preparing to renew your ACC or for those preparing for their ACC or PCC application. Limit 10 coaches. Training includes peer coaching, and recordings of MCC coaches and many valuable resources.

PLUS…THE ICF asks for 10 hours of Mentoring MINIMUM for credentialing…BUT that is just a suggestion…If you want to be part of a Mastery learning group to keep sharpening your coaching, this is for YOU.

YOU WILL:

• Improve your competence and confidence with the UPDATED markers and minimum skill requirements as well as peer coaching PLUS recordings of MCCs coaching calls.
• Learn to evoke your client’s self-awareness, learn more about themselves, and gain greater access to their innate wisdom.
• Attend FIVE ninety-minute group calls and THREE individual ONE HOUR calls reviewing client recordings and coach/client practice with feedback.
• Receive PCC and MCC recordings for augmenting your learning.
• Distinctions between transactional coaching and transformative coaching.
